What consumers need to know about Furniture

Retails usually offer consumers 1 year limited warranty on most furniture, covering manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, beginning the day the guests takes possesion of the items. Accessories do not qualify and are not covered

Covered from manufactures:

Frames are covered for three (3) years for breakage or detachment not caused by neglected or abuse.  Parts are covered 1 year on manufacturing defect (arm chair, based on sitting, nuddle, table or chair edge, wobby legs or unlevel table). Just only manuafcture cover defects and the defects are defined as specific manufacturing mishaps, excluding normal wear or tear and any accidents 

All of not covered warrantys from Retails: 

  • Accidential damage and normal wear, tear from in house use such as pilling, wrinkling, feather setling
  • Damage occuring during or arising from delivery
  • Damage resulting from neglect or abuse (oil accumulation, water ring)
  • Fabric damage
  • Colorfastness or dye lot variation of fabric
  • Any conditions resulting from incorect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, care, pet hair, mold, bug infestion, water damage
  • Natural woor grain characteristic
  • Recliners but the button stopped working
